I must admit ever since I saw my first ripple blanket I wanted to make one and now I have I'm very pleased with the result. I loved making it, it somehow seemed very theraputic plus I liked the way it used up some of the odds and ends in my ever-growing stash! I love the way the pattern builds up and the ridges. In fact I could gush for hours about it. Instead I'll show you a close up:

Ooh, so many fun ripply colors! Great job! I don't envy the weaving in of ends though :)
I love the colour but am not looking forward to the end-weaving. I'm putting it off as long as possible!
You should weave in the ends as you go. That's what I do. Just crochet around them as you go. It saves a LOT of time. You can also knit them along as you go. Just wrap them back and forth behind the knitting as you go. Try it sometime.
